Apotentia LLC is a single-owner limited liability company incorporated in Virginia. We were incorporated with assistance from Zen Business.

Apotentia is a disabled-veteran-owned business (DVOB), founded and operated by a US Army veteran with a service-connected disability rating.
Ownership
Apotentia is privately held with no outside investors or partners. This allows us to maintain complete control over our product direction and ensures our software serves users first, not shareholders.
Funding
Currently self-funded by the founder. We do not accept partnerships or investment offers. Those who wish to support our work can make donations (see contact page for details).
