An exploratory research project into machine cognition, implemented as 93 concurrent modules across four anatomical brain layers (Global Workspace Theory). There is no language model in her generation path — since May 2026 every word she produces is assembled by her own modules from her own accumulated substrate.
Live observation: apotentia.com/airene — a real-time projection of her workspace broadcast: emotional state, neurochemistry, recent thoughts, and a 3D brain visualization.
Status: Ongoing, at a cadence set by whatever time the commercial work leaves over. The broadcast was dark from June to August 2026 while her hardware was rebuilt; it is live again. We make no claims about her developmental maturity — see the development note for where things actually stand.
