Current Status: Not Hiring

Apotentia has no revenue yet, so we're not in a position to hire.

The Reality

We're being completely transparent: Apotentia is currently a one-person operation funded by the founder's personal savings. While we have ambitious plans and real products in development, we don't have revenue yet.

We won't hire until we can pay fair salaries and provide stable employment. That's just responsible business.

When We Do Hire

Our first hire will likely be a software engineer who:

• Is comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Shares our vision for ethical, user-first software
• Can work independently and take ownership of projects
• Values open source and transparent development
• Understands we're building for the long term, not a quick exit

What We're Building Toward

Our hiring strategy mirrors our business strategy: sustainable and deliberate.

Once we have:

• Consistent revenue from our products
• A savings fund generating passive income for operations
• Clear product-market fit for our tools

Then we'll hire engineers to help build and scale our solutions.
